Change is a process of shifting from one challenge to the next. Change transforms us to new levels of thinking, believing and understanding. All people deal with change differently and change can be brought on by many different factors.

Change is a process which can be uncomfortable. When we choose something different we create a space for change to occur.

So many of us resist, avoid, deny or hide from choosing something else. It’s more comfortable to stay where we are and not create greater for ourselves.

What if something else is possible? Are you tired of living your life like its ground hog day?

What if you could be given a box of tools and awareness to allow your life to show up different ?

So you know, sometimes when life gets uncomfortable you’re allowing yourself a space to create something different. People may resist, embrace, run away from, seek out and/or make change. Change can come from many different types of messengers such as loss, separation, relocation, a change in relationship, a change in direction, a change in health and/or personal growth. Change has many faces.
